Lead times for original artwork at Jackson Art Studios vary depending on the complexity and size of the piece, as well as the artist's current schedule. Typically, commissioned works require 4 to 8 weeks to complete. Once the artwork is finished, we carefully package it to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Domestic shipments usually take 3 to 7 business days. Tracking information is provided for all shipments, allowing customers to monitor their artwork until it arrives.
